About Me

My name is Bailey Lamar Ortiz,  I get to live the wonderful life of a traveling photographer. Documenting everything from surprise proposals , to large music festivals to the Kentucky Derby. I truly have been blessed to share such special moments with people from all walks of life. My passion for photography runs deep and being asked to capture occasions in your life that mean the most is a feeling I will never grow tired of. I have always aspired to work as a fashion photographer and creative designer for editorial work. I love the challenge of composing elements within a photograph to keep the viewer intrigued and attracted. 

Besides my life as a photographer, I am an old soul, a proud mother to an English Bull Terrier named Douglas Lamar, a person who is moved by music, an outdoor enthusiast, a wanderer overcome by the relentless travel bug,  and a dreamer. My family means everything and always will, I appreciate all of you who have supported me in my journey as a photo artist and couldn't do it without you.

I love what I do with every fiber of my being. I love meeting new people, families, artists, entrepreneurs and dreamers alike. Lets create art together and capture those moments you never want to forget.
